Workforce Planning & Development Intern
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) empowers Ohioans with disabilities through employment and independence. They are seeking a College Intern to join their Workforce Planning & Development team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in job analysis, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
Participate in job analysis meetings
Gather data and conduct research to support job analyses and workforce planning efforts
Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize workforce trends
Make recommendations sourced from research and data
Prepare summaries, updates, and presentations for the WPD team
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in at least one course for a graduate program in industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, or instructional design. Proof of enrollment will be required
