Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' trading experience within a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or alternative investment environment
Demonstrated ability to generate consistent alpha across liquid strategies, such as: Long/Short Equity, Event-Driven, Volatility, Index Arbitrage, Macro, Fixed Income, Credit, Quantitative, or HFT
A proven track record of producing $10M+ in annual P&L with a Sharpe ratio above 1.5
Experience operating within a disciplined risk management framework
Preferred
Ownership of intellectual property from a prior role is advantageous, but not essential
