Responsibilities
Proactively engage with Stakeholders to define and improve upon current processes
Provide day-to-day support for Technical Lead and dotted line support to identified engineers across ENS
Obtain, distribute, and maintain all vendor handover documentation as specified in ENS Methods of Procedure
Develop and maintain all technical documentation to ensure consistently updated standards of operations
Lead kickoff and regular project status meetings while keeping downstream and upstream teams aware of the project
Manage exceptions and communicate issues and risks to the identified Operations team
Participate in the requirements of gathering automation tools
Point of contact for Incident management and escalation for network events
Up to 25% travel required as necessary
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in Data Center or Networking environment as a Project Manager/lead
Bachelor's degree
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outline scope, budget and timeline
Ability to interpret instructions regardless of their form
Strong organization/multitasking skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Working knowledge of project management tools
Ability to use performance tracking and monitoring skills to ensure projects are progressing to the timeline or better
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines
Excellent stakeholder and XFN partner communication skills and highly collaborative
Have strong Excel or G-Sheet skills and understand the basics of data analytics
Able to apply critical thinking and be resourceful and proactive when solving problems
Preferred
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
