Responsibilities
Own capability roadmaps and architectural direction for ALIP
Lead delivery execution and oversee downstream system integration
Mentor Solution Architects and elevate Agile & product-centric practices
Develop architecture standards, models, and target states
Partner with Enterprise Architecture, engineering teams, and business leaders
Drive capability maturation and evaluate new technology solutions
Qualification
Required
11+ years in insurance/financial technology with policy admin systems (ALIP, OIPA, FAST, Guidewire, Majesco, etc.)
Strong integration architecture background
Experience leading teams and large-scale delivery
Bachelor's required
Work authorization requirements: US Citizen or GC holder
Preferred
Master's preferred
SQL knowledge a plus
