They are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure projects, managing complex utility projects from planning through execution while ensuring safety, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead delivery of substation and/or T&D infrastructure projects from preconstruction through commissioning
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project execution
Support bids, proposals, and client relationship development
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven project management experience in substation, transmission, or distribution infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of utility construction, high-voltage systems, or EPC delivery
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
Client-facing experience with utilities, developers, or EPC contractors
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
