Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of quality assurance programs that meet stringent industry and regulatory standards
Conduct audits and inspections, perform root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions to ensure product and process excellence across all stages of design and production
Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to uphold compliance with ASME, ISO 9001, NRC, and other standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in the nuclear, aerospace, or energy sectors
Detail-oriented with experience in quality assurance programs
Ability to conduct audits and inspections
Perform root cause analyses
Drive corrective actions to ensure product and process excellence
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
Uphold compliance with ASME, ISO 9001, NRC, and other standards
Preferred
Experience with nuclear QA programs (such as NQA-1 or CSA N299)
Certifications like CQA or CQE
