Responsibilities

Supporting and assisting in managing assigned applications within Temple Health
Participates in application projects, helping to meet project deadlines and goals, and learning the development of new features
Testing and implementing vendor releases and system upgrades
Assisting in resolving system issues
Providing basic technical and functional application analysis
Helping define system requirements
Assisting in developing logical data models
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to learn about system functionality
Assisting in configuring new features to increase user productivity within the application

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1 year experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently Required
General Experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language Required

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Preferred
General Experience in Healthcare IT Preferred
