Responsibilities
End-to-end management of eDiscovery projects from initiation through production
Ownership of DOJ 2nd Request matters, ensuring adherence to required workflows, protocols, and deadlines
Primary point of contact for legal teams and internal delivery stakeholders
Management of scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent matters
Coordination with review teams, vendors, and technology platforms
Identification and mitigation of delivery risks
Contribution to process improvement and best-practice project delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in eDiscovery
Ability to manage complex, high-volume DOJ 2nd Request matters
Experience in end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects from initiation through production
Ownership of DOJ 2nd Request matters, ensuring adherence to required workflows, protocols, and deadlines
Ability to act as the primary point of contact for legal teams and internal delivery stakeholders
Experience in management of scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent matters
Coordination with review teams, vendors, and technology platforms
Identification and mitigation of delivery risks
Contribution to process improvement and best-practice project delivery
Open to mid-level and senior Project Managers
Preferred
Strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position
Long-term opportunity for progression into PM leadership for the right candidate
