Responsibilities
Design and deploy agentic systems that can reason, plan and act across complex trading and research workflows
Work directly with researchers, traders and infra teams to push AI beyond copilots into fully autonomous trading agents
Qualification
Required
Strong Python engineering (Rust/C++ a plus)
Experience building AI agents from first principles - planning loops, execution engines, memory + tool interfaces
Multi-agent system design + coordination frameworks
Strong distributed systems experience - scalable, fault-tolerant services across clustered compute
LLM orchestration experience (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy or similar) - including extending frameworks
RAG pipelines, vector databases + persistent memory systems
Production deployment experience for agentic / ML systems
CS / ML / Maths background from a top institution
Preferred
Exposure to RL, simulation or autonomous decision systems preferred
