Business Program Manager III, Channel Enablement

Responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage business enablement strategies across the Platforms and Devices portfolio, including Chrome Browser, Chrome Operating System (ChromeOS), Cameyo, and Android
Ensure sales teams are equipped to position the unique value of each product as well as the integrated ecosystem story
Partner with Product Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to translate technical updates and product launches into compelling business plays, pitch decks, and engaged battlecards. Simplify concepts from virtualization to mobile security into actionable commercial insights
Act as the bridge between the field and corporate. Gather feedback from sales teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure marketing messaging aligns with real-world customer conversations
Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for enablement effectiveness, such as adoption, competency, and pipeline influence. Use data to identify knowledge gaps across the portfolio and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in sales enablement, program management, or product marketing within the technology sector
Preferred
Experience creating sales narratives and enablement programs for technical products (e.g., SaaS, Security, or Operating Systems)
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or knowledge base strategies for internal audiences
