Responsibilities
Understand and evaluate the scalability and reliability to ensure the technical leads are always a step ahead of customer demands
Identify and drive major product supportability efforts as the primary support interface into developer leadership
Own technical relationships with leaders in product development and site reliability development, in order to improve the customer experience
Collaborate with global teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
13 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process)
Experience with one common scripting or coding language (e.g., Python, shell scripting)
Experience with infrastructure systems, the scope and impact of the systems, and the underlying technology
Systems experience (e.g., Linux, Unix) or a similar operating system
Preferred
Experience in software development in Java, C++, Python, Go or production software system design
Understanding of private and public cloud design considerations and limitations in the areas of virtualization, global infrastructure, distributed systems, scalable storage solutions, software-defined networking, and storage services
Ability to execute technical projects at global scale, across multiple teams and time zones
Ability to innovate using technology to advance business goals
Excellent organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and debugging skills with effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
