Responsibilities
Own roadmap planning and prioritization for the Core Platform and protocol layer
Translate product direction into executable engineering programs
Improve sprint planning, estimation accuracy, and delivery predictability
Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and leadership
Ensure strong release readiness and quality guardrails
Build lightweight processes that scale without slowing the team down
Create visibility and accountability across initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in program, product, or technical project management
Experience operating in high-growth or early-stage startup environments
Strong command of agile planning and delivery frameworks
Comfort working in AI-native workflows and using AI tools daily
Technical background or deep experience partnering closely with engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with tools such as Linear, Jira, Shortcut, or Asana
Preferred
Experience defining QA and testing standards
Familiarity with SLAs and structured software delivery workflows
Experience coaching teams on process maturity
