Responsibilities

Content Development: Design, write, and review high-quality, technically accurate, and engaging course modules for IT Support and Operations topics, based on an existing high-level outline. Topics include, but are not limited to: Microsoft 365 Core Service Administration (e.g., mailboxes, domains, SharePoint, Teams), Identity & Security Enforcement (e.g., Zero-Trust, authentication, Conditional Access, Secure Score), Data Governance & Purview (e.g., sensitivity labels, DLP policies, compliance auditing), Copilot & Agent Operations (e.g., deploying Copilot, managing Power Platform Agents)
Competency Alignment: Ensure all course material is structured around clear learning objectives and practical, measurable competencies relevant to an IT Support and Operations professional
Asset Creation: Develop supporting course assets, including hands-on labs/exercises, knowledge checks, quizzes, and summative assessments
Collaboration: Work closely with Instructional Designers, Editors, and Project Managers to iterate on content, ensure pedagogical effectiveness, and maintain project timelines
Industry Validation: Review and update content to ensure it reflects the latest tools, best practices, and trends in the IT Support and Operations field

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in an IT Support, IT Operations, System Administration, or related role
Proven, hands-on expertise with the technologies, particularly: Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Admin Center), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Security concepts (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM), Microsoft Purview (Data Loss Prevention, Sensitivity Labels, Compliance Manager), Knowledge of emerging technologies like Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform for IT Support
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging instructional content

Preferred

Prior experience in curriculum development, technical writing, corporate training, or teaching is highly desirable
Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or CompTIA Server+ are a strong plus
