The role involves integrating and structuring HR data for analytical uses, building data pipelines, and collaborating with customers to optimize their big data ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Set up integrations with different HRIS, including creating scripts to feed the data from clients into our solution
Work with customers to find the best approach for their data uploads and solve technical issues as they arise
Detect and improve the data quality of our customers, enabling further analytics opportunities
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to solve people analytics problems
Join customer meetings to discuss data related requests and provide advice/support on data/technical related topics of Crunchr
Be the line of contact for technical issues for clients
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field
1-3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in programming
Bias for action: proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with a keen eye for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities and improvements
You are accurate and detailed focused, like to work in a team and are eager to learn
You enjoy working with customers and collaboratively solving complex problems
You are a great fit with our core values
You want to work out of our Boston office at least 2 days per week
Preferred
Experience with Python, pandas or similar
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels
Experience in working with deep-analytical tools
