Qualification
Required
7–12 years of experience across digital, social, performance, or brand marketing
Expertise with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI
Hands-on experience in campaign strategy, automation, analytics, and customer journey mapping
The ability to translate complex marketing processes into data or documentation for AI teams
Excellent communication skills — you can speak both marketing and machine
