Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair various household appliances (such as refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, microwave ovens, water heaters, etc.) in customers' homes
Provide repair solutions based on appliance malfunctions, replace parts promptly to ensure normal equipment operation
Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of customer appliances to extend their lifespan
Record the repair process and data, compile repair reports, and promptly report common problems to the supervisor
Provide usage guidance and safety operation training to customers to improve customer satisfaction
Adhere to safety operating procedures, use repair tools and equipment correctly, and ensure the safety of yourself and customers
Cooperate with the warehouse and purchasing department to manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely supply of parts needed for repairs
Qualification
Required
Education or above in appliance repair, mechatronics, or related fields; those with relevant vocational skills certificates are preferred
Familiar with the structure, working principles, and common fault diagnosis methods of household appliances
Practical experience in appliance repair; able to independently complete routine and complex repair work
Possesses strong customer service awareness and excellent communication skills; able to patiently answer customer questions
Improves physical health and can adapt to on-site operation and handling work
Has basic electrical knowledge and understands safe operating procedures
