Program Analyst

Responsibilities

Analyzing complex technical support assignments and providing actionable insights to support project success
Supporting procurement activities and conducting project financial analysis to ensure budget adherence
Acting as the lead for client projects, managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and reporting
Developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project, ensuring timelines are met and dependencies are managed
Assisting in research and development program development, including in-service support and procurement of supplies and materials
Developing comprehensive life cycle cost analyses to inform decision-making processes
Providing technical analysis of documentation in support of various project milestones and review events
Supporting program management concepts aimed at optimizing cost, schedule, and technical performance
Collaborating with engineering teams to develop, test, and implement solutions to technical challenges
Conducting data collection, systems evaluation, and technical assessments to support project goals
Engaging with external stakeholders and leading teams to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical discipline
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in project or program support
Experience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations, particularly related to Gun Weapon Systems or Navy programs
Familiarity with management of software development and implementation
DoD acquisition processes
DoDI 5000 Acquisition Framework
Proven track record of developing and testing technical solutions in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance environments
Leadership skills
Ability to work with external stakeholders
Proficiency in systems analysis, data gathering, and evaluation methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite—including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level
U.S. citizens as a condition of employment

Preferred

Experience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations, particularly related to Gun Weapon Systems or Navy programs
