Business Development Representative

The role involves conducting outbound prospecting to engage event organizers and decision-makers, with opportunities for career advancement into various sales roles.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to event organizers and decision-makers across a wide range of industries as the first company ambassador
Become an expert in the product and events industry
Shadow demos and onboarding to learn full-cycle sales
Improve processes across sales and marketing alongside leadership
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, and attention to detail and process are essential
Be ethically aligned and genuinely inspired by the business mission
Motivated by exceeding quotas and goals, and continually raising the bar
You want to build a career in sales and make an impact in a scaling business
Openly seek feedback to continuously sharpen your skills
Preferred
Hubspot CRM experience and/or a SaaS background are beneficial (although not necessary)
