Responsibilities

Support the sales lifecycle from qualification through deal closure
Lead discovery workshops and technical deep‑dives
Engage with customers to understand operational and technical requirements
Build long‑term customer and partner relationships
Design and propose end‑to‑end technical and business solutions
Act as solution architect on RFPs, RFQs, and enterprise-level bids
Translate complex requirements into scalable solution architectures
Define integration scope, technical designs, and implementation plans
Deliver high‑impact demos to technical and executive audiences
Communicate business value, ROI, and technical differentiators
Tailor demos to verticals and specific customer use cases
Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Ops, and Sales Ops
Lead internal pre‑sales coordination
Provide structured customer feedback to influence roadmap
Contribute to commercial proposals and technical solution documents
Draft technical sections of RFP/RFQ responses
Prepare PoC/pilot proposals and business justification models
Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers
Support onboarding and process improvements
Share best practices across regions

Required

Fluent English – Mandatory
Professional-level communication (written & spoken)
Experience in Pre‑Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Sales
Ability to understand customer business needs and translate into technical solutions
Excellent demo, presentation, and storytelling skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment
Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred

Spanish – Advantage
Experience in EV charging, e‑mobility, utilities, telecom, billing, CRM, or SaaS
Technical background (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
Experience with enterprise customers and complex integrations
Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations
Business‑oriented mindset
