The ELDS MV SWGR Production Operator will be responsible for conducting assembly work, interpreting technical diagrams, and performing quality testing as part of the production process.

Responsibilities
Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines
Reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels
Performing work manually or by using light hand tools
Will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor
Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process
Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
