Responsibilities
Conduct 60-100 outbound phone calls daily to organizations in British Columbia to introduce our Managed IT services, following up with e-mails
Generate interest and qualify potential clients based on specific criteria
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to our Business Development Manager
Accurately document all outreach and lead activity in our CRM (Hubspot)
Identify prospect needs and align them with our service offerings
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication skills; confident and clear on the phone
Good active listening and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-driven, and target-focused
Willingness to learn the basics of IT services and solutions
Preferred
Previous experience in outbound sales, customer outreach, or lead generation preferred
Experience with Hubspot
Experience with the MSP industry
Knowledge of the BC and Canadian business environment
