Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from scoping to go-live
Manage data migration (ETL) from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy of historical and master data
Configure and integrate APIs with third-party platforms, such as eCommerce systems
Develop and customize SQL-based reports and forms
Train customer teams on technical and operational best practices
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver projects on schedule
Provide post-go-live technical support to ensure customer success
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience of ERP implementation, focusing on technical aspects
Strong database and integration skills (SQL scripting, APIs, reporting)
ETL/ data migration expertise
Comfortable leading client workshops and managing multiple projects
Willingness to travel within the US as needed
Experience in the lumber and building materials industry is essential (could look at other distribution/construction too)
