Responsibilities
Maintaining a professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment
Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems
Identify, research and resolve technical problems at the Tier 1 level of responsibility
Documenting internal procedures
Assisting with the onboarding of new users
Supporting the maintenance of multiple classrooms including reconfiguring furniture layouts, cabling, general upkeep
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologies
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience
Proven ability to efficiently utilize Help Desk tracking and ticketing systems; monitoring technical issues through ServiceNow and other ticketing platforms; preserving historical records and associated documentation to guarantee prompt resolution
Proficient in detecting and resolving data communication problems using specialized tools, testing equipment, and software utilities
Familiarity with the setup and configuration of new workstations, along with peripheral devices and software
Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
A DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + CE) is mandatory
An active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory to begin employment. Candidates who are selected may undergo a security investigation and must fulfill the eligibility criteria for access to classified information
