Responsibilities
Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining critical systems that our community depends on
Responding to service calls, emergencies, and customer concerns
Restoring areas impacted by repairs, maintaining equipment, and assisting as needed
Participating in an on-call rotation to support after-hours and emergency operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must maintain a valid Commercial class A Driver's License (CDL), including appropriate endorsements within three (3) months of position assignment
Must maintain CPR and First Aid certifications within six (6) months of position assignment
Must pass and maintain respirator fit test and Pulmonary Function test for respiratory protection
Depending on the area of assignment, may be required to maintain one or more of the following certifications or licensures: FWPCOA Wastewater Collection C and Water Distribution System Operation Level 3 within two (2) years of position assignment
