Supervisory Management and Program Analyst
Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst to manage personnel support services at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex. The role involves overseeing human resources programs, conducting gap analysis, and providing executive level advice on workforce management initiatives.

Responsibilities
Exercises executive level technical and administrative supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 25% or more of the time
Directs, coordinates, and oversees the work through subordinate managers/supervisors/leads
Explains performance expectations to subordinate managers/supervisors directly supervised and provides regular feedback on strengths and weaknesses
Appraises performance of subordinated managers/supervisors and those directly supervised and serves as reviewing official on evaluation of employees rated by subordinate managers/supervisors
The Chief plans, organizes, and oversees human resource and workforce development activities within the WR-ALC
Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Directorate goals and objectives
Provides policy, planning, programming and resourcing guidance to counterpart elements within the Complex who are responsible for the execution of human resource and workforce development programs
Represents the Human Capital division with a variety of installation and functional area organizations
Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer needs and satisfaction, explain or defend manpower and personnel management policy and procedures and resolve significant problems that arise
Ensures subordinate branches provide effective customer service, guidance and training
Directs, leads or participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments as directed by Complex leadership
Presents the status of key workforce management initiatives at strategic resources management planning activities with the Director, Deputy Director, and senior/executive level managers
At the direction of the Director, undertakes special assignments of a fact-finding and investigative nature to provide the Director with sufficient information to serve as the basis for action or decision; or serves as a consultant in the implementation of Complex or higher directed actions
Qualification
Required
Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support
Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a medium to large sized organization
Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures
Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors
Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position
May be required to travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft IAW the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) for training or mission accomplishment
May be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours
