Responsibilities
Own the maintenance and configuration of Active Directory, Group Policy, and SQL Databases
Act as the "Level 3" specialist, troubleshooting advanced issues that span workstations, servers, and complex applications
Partner with third-party providers to integrate, troubleshoot, and maximize the performance of external applications used by the Bank
Work side-by-side with our Networking, Security, and Programming teams to implement high-impact projects and configuration changes
Help lead the charge in setting system standards and long-term goals
Analyze and recommend the hardware and software that will define our 2025 roadmap
Elevate the entire IT department by training help desk technicians and personnel, while building a robust "Source of Truth" library of technical documentation
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent level of education and experience
Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
At least five years of work experience in all phases of computer operations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Well - organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines
Ability to work well independently and in groups
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word
Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
Access to reliable transportation
Preferred
Master's degree in computer engineering related field
