Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement reporting and analytical solutions to support people Leadership, management and executive decision making
Packaging and reporting of the end-to-end story and how the component parts connect
Work product will be reviewed with the senior most management of the organization including members of the Board of Directors
Council with HR business partners and HR process owners to identify proactive workforce related risks to business strategy execution and analyze workforce issues or trends
Draw from all sources and compile a picture that facilitates decision making
Provide leadership and oversight of the HR Analytics team
