Responsibilities
Design and develop RF and mixed-signal PCB circuits from concept to production
Perform schematic capture, PCB layout review, and board bring-up
Design and tune RF components including filters, amplifiers, antennas, and matching networks
Conduct signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC analysis
Use lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers
Support prototype testing, debugging, and hardware validation
Collaborate with firmware, embedded, and signal processing teams
Support manufacturing handoff, DFM/DFA, and test procedures
Document designs, test results, and engineering decisions clearly
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Hardware / Electrical Engineer
Strong background in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering
Hands-on experience with PCB design and validation
Solid understanding of: Analog and digital electronics
Solid understanding of: RF fundamentals (impedance matching, noise, filtering, bandwidth)
Solid understanding of: High-speed signals and power management
Experience using EDA tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, or similar)
Comfortable with lab-based debugging and validation
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Ability and willingness to travel when required
Preferred
Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, or regulated products
Familiarity with RF compliance and standards (FCC, CE, EMC)
Experience with antenna design or RF sensing systems
Exposure to embedded systems or hardware-software co-design
Experience supporting products from prototype through production
