Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications using modern Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, EF Core, Web APIs, Blazor / Angular / React frontend)
Lead architecture and implementation of complex features, microservices, APIs, cloud integrations (Azure preferred), and secure, scalable systems
Write clean, production-ready code, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality standards through automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Troubleshoot performance, security, and reliability issues in production environments
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Contribute to technical debt reduction, refactoring, and modernization efforts
Mentor and coach a team of full-stack .NET developers — provide technical guidance, conduct design sessions, pair-programming, and one-on-one growth conversations
Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and best practices (clean code, SOLID principles, DDD, TDD)
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making for new features and platform evolution
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
Help hire, onboard, and develop team members — participate in interviews and career development planning

Required

10+ years of professional experience in full-stack .NET development, with at least 4–5 years in a technical leadership / lead role
Deep expertise in .NET ecosystem: C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8+
Entity Framework Core, SQL Server / Azure SQL
RESTful APIs, gRPC, Web APIs
Frontend: Blazor, Angular, React, TypeScript/JavaScript
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
Proven hands-on track record in building scalable, secure enterprise applications — bonus for banking/fintech experience
Solid understanding of design patterns, microservices, DDD, CQRS, event-driven architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps
Experience leading teams: mentoring, code reviews, architectural decision-making, and fostering technical excellence
Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance, healthcare) — familiarity with secure coding, compliance, and audit requirements
