Sales Development Representative
MB Crusher America is a leading company in the production and marketing of hydraulic attachments for the earth moving, demolition, and recycling industries. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to find and screen potential customers, generate new sales opportunities, and maintain professional interactions with clients.

Responsibilities
Utilize our CRM, cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
Evaluate market trends and conditions to proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in the market
Identify prospect's needs, address objectives and suggest appropriate products/services
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate interest in our products
Qualify leads based on company needs before passing them to sales reps
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Collaborate with sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in inside sales or related fields such as telemarketing or customer service
Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate
Highly driven, motivated, and organized
Skilled at asking probing questions to gain understanding of customer needs
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Initiative to meet assigned goals, missions and objectives and motivated to achieve more
Positive attitude, courtesy, professional and a team player
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent PC skills (Email, Internet, Word, Excel)
