Responsibilities

Own and maintain test plans for BAU, minor releases, and in-production changes
Define test scope, approach, entry/exit criteria, and closure requirements
Coordinate and track test execution in Zephyr across impacted workstreams
Track and report test progress, coverage, and completion status
Coordinate post-production validation activities and confirm outcomes
Ensure testing artifacts, evidence, and sign-offs meet test governance and SDLC requirements
Communicate test status, risks, and dependencies across initiatives and workstreams
Provide clear test closure and readiness confirmation for deployments
Produce daily and weekly status reporting using Jira, Zephyr, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required

6-10 years overall testing experience
2-4 years in a Test Manager or senior Test Lead role
Experience supporting BAU, minor releases, and in-production systems
Proficient in Zephyr (test execution tracking), Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong experience working within formal test governance and SDLC controls
Comfortable coordinating testing across multiple workstreams and initiatives
Strong communicator able to work across teams, initiatives, and leadership levels
Collaborative and structured in approach
Organized and disciplined with tracking and closure
Clear, concise, and reliable in status reporting
Accountable for follow-through and completion
