MAINTENANCE WORKLOAD ANALYST (Production Control Center (PCC) Analyst)
Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a Maintenance Workload Analyst to support the Air Force Material Command at Robins Air Force Base. The role involves conducting analytical studies and providing guidance to improve depot maintenance production operations and logistics management compliance.

Responsibilities
Serves as project lead/manager, conducting organizational and process related studies and analysis of organizations, functions, and work processes to improve mission effectiveness, resource allocation and efficiency, functions, and work processes to improve mission effectiveness, and resource allocation
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs
Participates in special logistics related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments
Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing
Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance
Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition, supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations
Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution
Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required
U.S. citizenship required
Must be of legal working age
The work requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance
