Responsibilities

Manage development of Pixel hardware products and drive the overall execution of the team
Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability
Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams
Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership
Interface between joint development partners and cross-functional Engineering and Operation teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience managing hardware system engineering
Experience across all phases of hardware product development from prototype to mass production

Preferred

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with consumer electronics and shipping high volume/high quality products
Knowledge of product life-cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning
Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors against plans
Ability to strategize communication and influence beyond immediate team and organization
