Responsibilities
Operate one or more MOCVD systems under supervision
Perform wafer cleaning using standard wet chemical/acid hoods
Handle indium phosphide (InP) wafers for reactor loading, unloading, and post-process characterization
Maintain SPC charts, process logs, and growth databases
Assist engineers with troubleshooting tools and lab support
Perform visual inspections and optical microscopy
Maintain a clean, safe lab environment in compliance with safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Must be Fluent in Mandarin Language (native)
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Material Sciences required
Comfortable working in a cleanroom or laboratory setting
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
Preferred
Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred
