Responsibilities

Assists in the work of receiving, storing and distributing supplies

Issues supplies to users

Delivers inter-office mail and packages

Processes outgoing U.S. Mail. Secures postage meter after each use and advises supervisor of postage balance

Takes U.S. Mail to post office

Performs food delivery, room set up and other set up duties for special events

Performs routine maintenance of warehouse

Operate a Prince William Water vehicle

Other duties as assigned or required
