Responsibilities
Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities in partnership with Chief of Staff
Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools
Identify opportunities for process improvements and steer efficiency initiatives
Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes
Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Define and monitor objectives key results and key metrics and progress report to senior management
Develop and implement initiatives in support of the wider CDAO people strategy to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
Qualification
Required
7+ years of financial services experience
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Good judgment, maturity, and poise to enable interaction/influencing of senior management
Thoughtful analytical skills; able to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions
Strong project management skills
Self-starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively
Energetic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure - must enjoy the challenge of working within a fast-paced and demanding working environment
Strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of continual feedback
Preferred
Demonstrated credibility in supporting the management of a business or business function
Ability to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
Excellent quantitative and analytical problem solving skills
