Responsibilities
Support ERP software and collaborate with third-party IT support
Ensure reliable performance and drive application innovation
Maintain infrastructure, including firewalls and database backups
Lead development and implementation of IT systems
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
Research and manage integration of new applications
Maintain expert-level understanding of Epicor functionality
Research and support ERP module issues
Develop and maintain testing platform for updates and patches
Prepare custom reports and dashboards for day-to-day business
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or associate degree required
6+ years of related work experience
2+ years with ERP systems, Epicor preferred
Advanced knowledge of ERP platform and MS Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with MS SQL database and SSRS report writing
Experience in the O&G industry
