Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Scaled Abuse Analyst for YouTube's Trust & Safety team. This role involves analyzing large-scale data to provide insights for abuse prevention and developing strategies to enhance the safety of the YouTube ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Apply advanced statistical methods to large complex data sets to understand impact of abuse to the YouTube ecosystem. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for effective abuse prevention and enforcement
Learn complex and technical concepts and systems and deliver meaningful results using them
Communicate technical results and methods clearly
Identify product vulnerabilities and abuse trends by performing investigations using various data sources. Contribute strategy and development of new workflows against additional known vectors of abuse
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and partners in engineering, product, policy and legal to drive complex anti-abuse solutions involving and impacting various cross-functional areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data
2 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
Experience in SQL (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MapReduce)
Preferred
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
2 year of experience with machine learning systems
2 year of experience with one or more of the following languages: SQL, R, Python, or C++
Experience with fraud and abuse in online platforms
Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling
