Responsibilities
Lead functional design and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain Planning within S/4HANA
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, anticipating future needs
Design, implement, test, and support complex SAP solutions across planning and operational domains
Serve as a functional leader for SAP IBP, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP alignment, and control tower monitoring
Support and guide WRICEF functional design (Sales & Distribution focus)
Collaborate with AMS, development, BASIS, security, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Proactively identify, resolve, and reduce system defects and enhancement needs
Drive SAP standardization and adherence to out-of-the-box functionality
Support organizational change management and adoption of SAP solutions
Ensure data privacy and compliance with applicable policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of relevant SAP experience, including ERP implementations and post-go-live support
8+ years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, S&OP)
Strong experience designing planning areas, key figures, master data, and time profiles
Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and working capital
8+ years of experience producing process and functional design documentation
Strong understanding of SAP IBP and S/4HANA integration, including CI-DS and end-to-end supply chain planning
Working knowledge of IDoc configuration and processing
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
Experience with modules such as EWM, FI/CO, MM, VMS, OTC, PTP, PTM, or Plant Maintenance
Familiarity with SAP OSS notes, releases, and patches
