Required

7-9 years of experience in C/C++ and Korn Shell scripting
Proficient with the GDB Project Debugger

Ability to leverage expertise in C, C++, and GDB to maintain and enhance application stability
Ability to utilize Korn Shell Scripting to streamline Unix system processes
Ability to partner with business users to translate their needs into technical requirements
Adhere to ITIL frameworks for incident and change management
Ability to translate technical jargon into business value and create stellar documentation

Preferred

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Prior experience in dedicated Application Support environments
