Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets escalated from L1 support
Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
4 to 6 Years of experience in L2 Support on Zycus Applications
Provide L2 functional support for Zycus applications such as: iSupplier, iContract, iSource, iSave, iAnalyze, iRequest (as applicable)
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets escalated from L1 support
Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders
