This hands-on role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns within Adobe Campaign, while also providing guidance and support to offshore teams.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns using Adobe Campaign (email, mobile, SMS, etc.)
Develop and manage complex workflows, segmentation, and customer journeys
Create and optimize HTML email templates and campaign assets
Integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms and data sources
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
Troubleshoot campaign delivery, data, and performance issues
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, data, and offshore delivery teams
Document campaign strategies, workflows, and best practices
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic, Standard, or v8 preferred)
Strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Manager
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and/or Adobe Workfront
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS
Strong understanding of marketing automation principles
Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
