Responsibilities
Lead daily facility operations across multiple bank branch locations
Perform hands‑on preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems (RTUs, AHUs, condensers, motors, belts, controls, etc.)
Supervise and support a team of seven mobile building engineers, ensuring workload balance, safety compliance, and performance standards
Complete general building maintenance including lighting, minor electrical repairs, basic plumbing fixes, and exterior upkeep
Manage vendor activities and inspections, ensuring quality work and adherence to service contracts
Maintain accurate asset documentation and work order tracking using CMMS systems
Ensure all work follows safety, regulatory, and best‑practice standards
Allocate approximately 70% field work / 30% administrative work
Support building operations using strong MEP knowledge and BMS/BAS familiarity
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance (RTUs, AHUs, condensers, etc.)
2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading maintenance or engineering teams
Strong MEP background in commercial facilities
Experience using CMMS platforms for work order and asset management
EPA Universal 608 certification
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Must be local to the Washington, DC area with the ability to travel throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia
Ability to travel to Florida branch locations on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis
Preferred
Experience with BMS/BAS systems and building controls
Background managing multi-site operations or a mobile engineering team
Additional trade certifications (electrical, plumbing, etc.) are a plus
