Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of machine learning engineers, software developers, data scientists, and product leaders to deliver intelligent customer‑facing products
Work across a modern technology ecosystem—such as PyTorch, AWS high‑performance clusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning frameworks, and vector databases—to uncover insights from large‑scale structured and unstructured datasets
Serve as the in‑house expert on Natural Language Processing, leading initiatives involving large language models, including customization, fine‑tuning, and deployment
Design, train, evaluate, and validate machine learning and NLP models; and work with engineering partners to implement scalable, production‑ready systems that support more than 80 million users
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights that align with broader business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science) and 5+ years of experience in data analysis
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or MBA with a quantitative concentration and 3+ years of data analytics experience
PhD in a quantitative field
Preferred
Master's or PhD in a STEM field
Experience with AWS
3+ years of hands-on programming in Python, Scala, or R
3+ years of machine learning experience
3+ years working with SQL
Background in training large language models or advanced computer vision frameworks
Knowledge in areas such as model optimization, self-supervised learning, explainability, or reinforcement learning from human feedback
Proven ability to deliver machine learning solutions at scale, including developing libraries, platforms, or production-ready components
