Fac Tech Licensed Electrician
Parkview Health is seeking a Licensed Electrician to perform skilled duties and routine maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting equipment maintenance problems and assisting in various maintenance tasks while participating in training and process improvements.

Responsibilities
Performs skilled duties primarily as a Licensed Electrician based on experience and certification
Also responsible for performing routine maintenance procedures, troubleshoots all equipment maintenance problems, assists in other areas of facilities and grounds maintenance as directed
Assists with training and orientation of existing and new staff
Makes recommendations for process improvements, participates in lean initiatives
Participates in projects assigned to the department, performs all required preventative and corrective maintenance work orders, troubleshoots problems with facility equipment involving, electrical, mechanical, plumbing or HVAC failures
Maintains and services equipment and systems such as ice makers, pneumatic tube carriers, HVAC systems, doors/automatic openers and assists in the boiler plant operation
Maintains building finishes by performing drywall finishing, painting, staining and repair and application of wall coverings
Qualification
Required
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED
Requires a recognized electrician license
Four-years combined experience as a maintenance tech and/or commercial electrician
Preferred
Two-years technical training from a vocational or technical school
Valid state driver's license is required
