Responsibilities
Greet all guests who enter the gallery and create a warm, welcoming experience
Speak confidently with visitors about artwork, artists, and collections
Assist with sales and help guide clients through the buying process
Collect and organize client information to support lead generation
Follow up with client inquiries and leads via email or phone
Support artwork coordination, including framing and shipping follow-up
Help track artwork status and update internal records
Prepare and organize invoices and basic paperwork
Assist with general administrative and gallery support tasks
