Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into user stories and support Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
Analyze data using SQL and SOQL; support data modeling and validation
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and architects to ensure solution alignment
Support Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics
Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with the Salesforce ecosystem supporting B2B Sales teams
Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data 360
SFDC Admin-level proficiency with solid configuration experience
Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
Results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in ambiguity
