Responsibilities
Installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including projectors, lighting, and video conferencing equipment
Ensure technical support for meetings, classroom activities, and events
Manage and stage AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and usability
Collaborate with staff and faculty to fulfill AV needs
Qualification
Required
Experience with setup, maintenance, and operation of Audio Visual (AV) Systems and related equipment
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to audio-visual equipment
Knowledge of video conferencing systems and their implementation
Skills in handling projectors and lighting systems for events and presentations
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in an educational institution or event support environment is a plus
Technical certifications in AV equipment and systems are preferred
