Responsibilities
Brand Commercial Production: Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team to plan, produce, and edit brand videos.. Integrate internal and Pro Team footage to support the new brand narrative, ensuring all commercial assets meet delivery specifications
Social Video Creation & Editing: Capturing and editing social-first video content, including socially optimized commercial cutdowns, while adhering to creative best practices and brand principles
Product & Category Videos : Shoot, storyboard, and edit high-volume, fast-paced video content across Chill, Grill, and Go categories to produce promotional and demonstrate videos that bridge the gap between emotional connection and product utility
Event Highlight & Capture: Capture high-energy on-site video at major events, produce event highlight reels and real-time stories that foster authentic connections within our core community, and document on-site content that features our Pro Team members in action
Long-Form Video & Editing Capabilities: Develop long-form YouTube content, maintain strong video editing and data management skills, and streamline the workflow to support high-velocity production
Qualification
Required
Proven Production Portfolio: Demonstrated success in producing professional commercial brand content and high-performing social video campaigns (please provide your portfolio)
Technical Editing Mastery: Advanced proficiency in professional editing suites with a focus on accurate color matching, sound-first storytelling and platform optimization
Industry Context: Understanding of the outdoor, culinary, or lifestyle spaces and how to capture regional craftsmanship authentically
Strategic Collaboration: Experience working within a cross-functional creative team
Storytelling Ability: Capability to translate high-level brand strategy into emotional, narrative-driven video assets
Must be based in Lancaster, PA area
Willing to travel (Company sponsored)
