Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise for requirements definition and design processes
Apply software engineering skills to develop new or enhanced software components
Provide on-call technical support from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday
Monitor the bug-tracking system daily to ensure verified software bugs are addressed on a priority basis
Qualification
Required
At least three (3) years' experience in supporting environmental IT projects in the public sector
At least three (3) years' experience in client/server and web applications
At least three (3) years' experience in Sybase PowerBuilder
At least three (3) years' experience in Sybase PowerDesigner
At least three (3) years' experience in Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP), Java, JavaScript, AJAX
At least three (3) years' experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
At least three (3) years' experience in Atlassian JIRA
At least three (3) years' experience in Agile development methodologies
At least three (3) years' experience in designing and implementing Cloud-based infrastructures, and migrating existing non-cloud systems to the cloud
At least three (3) years' experience in Business Objects version 4.2 (or newer) and Tableau version 2019.1.4 (or newer) development
At least three (3) years' experience in designing and implementing GIS interfaces and integrations with Pega workflows
Certified as System Architect in Pega 7 (or newer)
Preferred
Prior experience with NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, DataMiner, RADIUS, COMPASS, Letterbuilder, PDF Processor, and Spreadsheet Processors
